“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”

It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s — SUPERLATIVE LOU!

“Mommy, I’m soooooooo-per!“

Everything Lou does is better. If she runs to me, it’s, “Mommy, I’m faster!” If she lifts a bucket of toys, “I’m stronger!” When standing on a chair, “I’m so taller!” Faster, stronger, and taller THAN what, I don’t know. Than yesterday? Than her sister? It doesn’t seem to matter, for her pride is in the suffix -er. Fortunately, I’ve learned to use this to my advantage.

“Sweetie, can you pick up toys faster than Mommy?”
